Quality Home Inspections is a full service business designed to meet
the client’s needs. Home inspections are done in accordance
with North Carolina State standards. Inspections are thorough and
reports are delivered in a timely fashion. Ordering
an inspection is easy, just call

It
takes about 5 minutes to get all of the necessary information in
order to schedule the inspection. The inspector does have a SUPRA
and builders key, so gaining access to the home is usually not a
problem. The prices vary per the size, age and style of the home.
*Discounts are offered if the home is on a slab or if the home has
no garage. Discounts are also available for all military personnel,
1st time buyers, and state employees. A signed inspection agreement
must be received before the inspection is done according to state
law, so if you do not plan to attend, we will make arrangements
upon ordering the inspection for the inspection agreement to be
completed.

The
home inspection is a thorough examination of the home from the top
to the bottom and every accessible area in between. Parts of the
home inspected are the roof covering, structure, foundation, chimneys,
exterior siding and trim, all other functional exterior components,
garages, all interior functional components, electrical, plumbing,
insulation and all permanently installed appliances** Inspection
times vary per home and usually take an average of 2-3 hours.
Photographs
are included on the reports
The
inspection reports are easy to read and to the point. Reports are
normally delivered via E-mail or Fax the next day. Mailed reports
may take 2-3 days. Hard copies are on file at the office if the
client needs it sent to a contractor, relative or friend. Areas
in need of general maintenance are included in the report. Other
